I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lifewood in Feb 2025
Interview
There were four stages. First is the interview with HR, Second interview is with the Head Country, Third is the Bootcamp (or more like getting to know the company and them getting to know your actual potential) and lastly a f2f interview with HR and head country.
I passed the first two iv and was invited for their bootcamp. In these three days bootcamp, we had a meeting with employees all over the world including China, Philippines, Bangladesh and others. We were involved in some projects and that is where they evaluate us on which project to put us in. This evaluation is crucial for the next and final interview.

Question 1
Whats your strengths ? Tell me about your experience working in (previous companies).
Partially easy. Skill level for the position is at SPM. So, not much to "goreng" about and have it missed. As long you've done some productive time in front of a computer, know English and can accept varying instructions for the same task, can look at the screen in long hours, get there early and work in shift - you'll be OK.
