I interviewed with Life is Tech - USA! I had 3 one-on-one interviews and a 4th interview that included a presentation I had to prepare and present to three people. After deciphering data provided by the company (which included 3 pages of data and information that was one of the most ridiculous things I've read as a seasoned professional- even one of the employees I interviewed with admitted it was ridiculous during my one-on-one interview) and spending hours creating a presentation that I delivered to all 3 Life is Tech - USA employees, they ghosted me. Ghosting prospective employees after asking them to participate in 4 separate interviews, which included a presentation you ask them to make, shows blatant disrespect and a lack of basic human decency. Time is precious and you grossly wasted mine. Completely cutting off communication and ignoring a professional follow-up email - never providing any explanation or feedback, exhibits a lack of integrity and the worst kind of unprofessionalism.
