I applied online. I interviewed at Lidl in Jan 2021
Interview
I applied online and then completed an online assessment with numerical, verbal, and reasoning questions. About a month later they called me to schedule an online interview. It was a friendly and casual talk, very easy and conversational.
However, they soon revealed (temporary) relocation demands that weren't in the job listing. At that point, I knew it wasn't for me and politely let them know I wouldn't be moving forward.
They did offer to pay expenses for housing, meals, and commuting for the duration of the training period in different parts of the country.
A week after that, they sent me a rejection email.
