I was invited to attend an in-person interview after we had agreed the day prior to move the schedule earlier. However, the interview began late as the CEO arrived without prior notice or acknowledgment of the delay. For candidates commuting—especially under challenging conditions—this can set an unprofessional first impression.
During the interview, I was asked to present a prepared deck, but the presentation was interrupted midway and I was not given the opportunity to complete it. This made it difficult to fully communicate my ideas and approach.
