It's an easy/fast process. First you have a technical test like "homework" to solve in one week. After that you have another technical interview with a software architect (about 45 minutes) with live code and fundations questions. Then you have an interview with the CFO to detail the economic offer. Finaly you have the last interview with one of the Co-founders to see if you fit with the company mindset.
