The interview process started with a phone screen with the recruiter, a phone screen with the hiring manager, and a phone screen with a key stakeholder. Each interview had a mix of behavioral questions, background questions, and company interest questions.
The process then went to a case style interview where you were given a prompt 5 business days in advance of the interviews, and you had to build a 30-60 minute presentation to respond to the case prompts. The goal of this is to discuss your approach to solving the problem, how you would use data, and the stakeholders you would engage. Immediately following the case presentation was a series of three 30-minute interviews with behavioral questions and time for Q&A for the interviewer.
After these interviews, the recruiter and hiring manager reached out within two business days to extend a verbal offer followed by the written offer within another two business days.
Overall, the recruiter and hiring manager were extremely supportive throughout the process. They maintained clear lines of communications, and went above and beyond any employer I've ever interviewed with to ensure I was clear on next steps, was able to ask questions, and was able to support when needed. Overall, I was highly impressed with the team at LegalZoom. While I didn't accept the offer due to personal factors, I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new role.
