I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at LegalZoom in Sept 2016
Interview
They refused to see me because I was THREE minutes late, after I had commuted forty minutes. Obscenely archaic hiring practices. At least I know what the company is like now before I start working there!

Application
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LegalZoom
Interview
I met with three supervisors through a temp agency and I also took a computerized test. I got a tour of the office when it was located in Hollywood, CA. Interviews were pretty easy since the company was very young at that time so it was more of them explaining what they do versus being asked about myself.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LegalZoom (Austin, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
I had two interviews within the span of an hour(or so). It felt like a "good cop/bad cop" approach. The first reviewer was very warm and sweet, but the 2nd round consisted of two supervisors who seemed hell bent on making me trip up and not laughing.
All the interviewers stressed their focus on the following:
-high production
-high QA
-high production/low errors
-First quarter of the year is the "busy time of year"
