Interview
it was a group interview of four people. the interviewer asked each of us to introduce ourselves and then spoke in length about the company. we then watched a promo video and were asked to take notes that we could use in a role play in which we'd have to respond to knock backs from a potential customer. after 10 minutes to prepare we were brought in to the interview room individually for a role play
I was supposed to interview with their new manager for a digital marketing role. And the HR told me that I should have prepared answers to questions like:
What can we do about negative reviews?
Therefore, I started to do my research on the company to prepare for the interview and I found out:
1) On google reviews, they have posted literally 40 fake positive reviews out of 46 . The other 6 are the real reviews: all 1 stars. Where they explain, what's completely wrong with this company
2) On glassdoor, they again posted fake positive reviews. You'll see the real one. Which are the negative ones.
3) The wikipedia page of the founder is completely fabricated. Check the sources of that wikipedia page, all material wrote by the guy itself.
I decided to cancel the interview, as this company has 0 ethical values and 0 professionalism. It makes me wonder about the employees that decide to work there and the manager I should have had the interview with....
