I applied online via LinkedIn and received an e-mail from an internal recruiter asking to set up an interview. Before setting up, she asked to send a brief summary of my background and compensation details. The interview was set up with the hiring manager and the role was explained in great detail. It was a good conversation and interview. I was asked personal sales tactics and strategy, along with GTM ideas for U.S. market. After the first interview, I was asked to participate in a 2nd interview and give a presentation on my 180 day territory plan and GTM strategy along with how I would position the services to potential clients.
After providing my availability for the interview a few days later, the recruiter asked for me to send the presentation to her, without confirming a date for the 2nd interview and in-person presentation. I responded to her, stating I would only present the GTM project over a call or in-person. She then insisted again to send the presentation, which I politely refused to send the project and reiterated I would only present the project via video call, etc. I then followed up regarding the interview date/time(still never confirmed) to which she responded she didn't have availability for one of the dates I provided. I never heard back regarding the 2nd interview or project, only a rejection e-mail 1 month later.
The recruiter and company was very unprofessional and it was a bad experience. I caution anyone interviewing or planning to work for LatentBridge.
