I started receiving messages from WhatsApp without any phone calls. The conversation stopped after I asked more questions about the role level — there was no follow-up, no reply, nothing further. Besides, the messages only provided very basic information such as office location and working hours, without addressing my specific questions about the role level. It was a very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend providing proper training and guidance to your recruiters to ensure better communication and professionalism moving forward.
