A few Linux and networking basics (ping, telnet, curl) were also covered. Technical Round 2 (Panel/Manager): More detailed discussion on real-world troubleshooting and escalation handling. Questions on root cause analysis (RCA), monitoring setup, IAM policies, and log analysis. They also tested communication skills and how I would handle a high-priority customer issue. Final HR/Managerial Round: Discussion on work culture, shift flexibility, and salary negotiation.
