The recruiter don't maintain the company's standards they offered a fresher's salary for a mid level position. They don't care what position you are joining they just want to hire. Bringing down the LTM Standard. It was better as just Mindtree.

Round 1: Virtually conducted and focus on Power BI only(No SQL qns)
Round 2: Phone call interview (20 mins)
Round 3: Will be conducted at office, F2F. I hope all the rounds will focus on PBI only without SQL
It was okish, and the DSA questions were of easy to mid level and most of was in the onsite. And the entire hiring process was also quick and completed within 2.5 weeks

Assessments & Technical Rounds: Candidates may complete assignments, such as coding challenges, case studies, or presentations, to demonstrate practical skills.
