The process is pretty fast regarding your application status. You would be informed relatively fast depending on the position and its outcome.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
what background do you come from in terms of field of work
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LINs Advertising & Marketing (Singapore)
Interview
I applied through Linkedin, was interviewed the next week. The interview went okay, but 2 weeks later, the HR called and asked when I can start working for them (totally ignoring the fact that they have to first, offer me a job, and I needed to serve notice period for my old company). She expressed her "shock" and displease when I told her I haven't quit my old company yet. After that, they ghosted on me despite my repeated inquiry email. Overall a very unpleasant experience, just to show how unprofessional they are.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What's your job scope at the present job? What's the structure of your present company like?
What's your current salary? (interview seemed very displeased and rude when I frankly said I prefer not to disclose unless it's for official paperwork after an offer is made)
What's your dream in 5 years?
Talk about a project that you're most proud of.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LINs Advertising & Marketing (Cheras) in Feb 2015
Interview
Amazing, very thorough. Unfortunately, because of management and politics happening in the office, interviewer quit her job 2-3 months later, she was a really good mentor. Nothing really memorable about the interview process.
