Relaxed Coffeetalk - Therefore it was a nice discussion with the product manager. I worked for L'Oréal as an intern before. Therefore they knew about me and asked me different questions compared to candidates which never worked at the company

Hr,fgd, user interview. At that time i got twice user interview one in maybelline and another one in armani i got offer in armani. Overall I feel like it change my whole perspective in career
First round: HR Interview, 2nd round: Assessment Centre, 3rd round: Manager Interviews. Assessment centre is in-person, where a case study is done in groups, followed by a presentation and Q&A.
