I applied on LinkedIn, had 2 interview rounds (one with the recruiter and other with the hiring manager). Pretty straightforward- they ask you questions on your experience and make sure you are a good fit, nothing technical was asked.
The interview process was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Every conversation felt thoughtful, respectful, and engaging, with clear communication throughout. It left a strong impression of professionalism, warmth, and opportunity. Sadly i didnt get an offer
El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
