I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Hammersmith, England) in Dec 2013
Interview
There are 3 steps in the interview process
1. The written online exam- it was maths, logic, and perception
2. Interview - first interview with HR if you pass that one you go through with the line manager
3. Another test about the role- it was problem solving just about the role
Recruiter was kind and went through position and responsibilities then we had 3 more interviews with different members of the team and the benefits environment, culture and future career opportunities
I believe that my background aligns well with the goals of the Investment Banking and Finance Club. As Vice President, I hope to help organize meaningful events, facilitate industry talks, and create networking opportunities that benefit all members. I am eager to support the club’s mission and help others deepen their understanding of the financial industry.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Sept 2025
Interview
It was quite a peculiar experience. While the HR recruiter was very proactive and engaged, the hiring manager seemed completely uninterested during our meeting. It was evident that I wasn't the right fit for them, as they only asked one question throughout the session. Luckily, since it was a video call, I didn't have to travel for nothing. It seems the role is still being advertised.
