I met with L'Oreal at the university career fair. The entire process took 4 weeks. First, there was a phone interview with HR which was just an initial screening. Then the 2nd and final interview was with the department head at Streestboro. Questions where more behavioral, using the STAR technique (Solution Task Action Result).
