It was a group interview which made it better and more open. I believe those are the interviews that are the best since its less intimidating and easier to bounce ideas off one another
Very straightforward and friendly, one stage phone interview. Received offer within the same week. Didn’t have to undergo any background checks or references. Was asked basic questions regarding my work experience and background

Group interview setting. It wasn't very stressful and it was nice to base your answers on what others are saying. Be prepared to talk about how you align with the company's values of getting outdoors as well as any previous customer service experience you bring to the table.
