After submitting an online application, applicants are asked to come in for first round interviews. Candidates speak with both the head of recruiting for HR and a department head. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly; strong emphasis is put on getting to know the candidate. If the first round goes well, candidates are asked to complete an online evaluation testing basic skills required for the job.
