1: Hireview Interview; given 4 questions with unlimited time to prep and 3 tries per question. Tell me about yourself, Why D.E, Examples of commercial uses of data and why impact has been so high, Tell me about a time you used data 2: Phone Interview: very informal, they're trying to understand who you are and what you know about Kubrick, not technical at all. Competency questions and questions about Kubrick. E.G "tell me about a time you led and worked in a team" , "tell me about you", " what do you know about Kubricks business model". overall very informal and you have to be willing to relocate otherwise you cannot go on further with the interview. Ask good questions at this stage too! 3: Assessments: I was told i am through to the next stage at the end of the phone call; i had 5 days to complete 3 assessments; 1 commercial acumen test which had 3 questions (30mark, 15mark and 15mark, given 45 mins). Research how companies make and use flowcharts to help their business, how businesses should and could transfer to an online presence and what they need to do to increase sales. Part two was a logic test, given an hour to complete - honestly im terrible at these but i practised a lot via online practise tests. Part 3 was a presentation, most important part as it shows them how you gather information and communicate it, do research about the question you pick (they give you two in an email and you just choose one). I would recommend when you do the presentation, make is visually pleasing and tied to kubrick (use their logo, colour schemes etc) 4: Final interview over Teams: if you treat it like a conversation rather than an interview you can build a relationship with the senior member who's interviewing you. Mix of competency questions and commercial questions (written below). DO your research!!! over prepping is never bad and they get so many applications a week so make sure you know about the company and the role/stream your applying to very well. Be enthusiastic and ask questions throughout (dont cut the interviewee off with this though). Ask good questions at the end also, show youre interested in Kubrick. Overall, it is a rigorous interview process but it can be done and enjoyable if you really want it! They also are very friendly and helpful throughout the process, your recruiter is always there to help and they give you a lot of documented support too.
