Interview
3 rounds in total. 1st round: with the marketing manager, requires a presentation or portfolio, discussing your past work. 2nd round: a full-on assignment, requiring you to make a content calendar, and a deliverable as well (ie reel). 3rd round: meeting with manager and founder. More like a "vibe check" with the founder to see if she likes you. I was ghosted after the 3rd/final round. I did follow up. The manager was nice though.

Question 1
What's your most important life value?
This was the most interesting question - asked in the 1st interview.
Other than that, the other questions are standard, like what's your skills, what you can provide, what you're ok doing, your past experiences.
It's just that the whole interview and application process (with the assignments) requires a lot of time and effort put in. Really wasted if you don't get the job in the end.
