First they explained me entire process of hiring which was like, first telephonic round then technical, practical round, and managerial round. For those who can not attend face to face, they will arrange all four round through skype/online
I gave my first round, cleared
Gave second round technical, cleared
Then third round of MCQ test which i don't know whether cleared or not because after that round i didn't got any revert from HR, i tried to call him 2-3 time but he didn't pickup my call.
Reason why i gave native experience is that, dont give false hope to candidate. If not selected just clear them out. Even when you can't be able to connect with them and in that case if candidate itself calls to know result you must pick call because no one get dissatisfied if you tells that you are not selected rather than not clearing bubble
