Interview
The interview process starts with discussions around current and expected salary, followed by technical rounds. After successfully clearing the interview, the offered package is significantly lower than the current CTC. For a candidate with 2+ years of experience applying for a Full Stack Developer role, the offered package was 4 LPA, which was justified as “market standard.” This is very disappointing and feels like a waste of time, especially for experienced professionals.
