Korsvoll IL interview questions

The interview was with the sports director of the club. The interview process consisted mainly of discussing about fooball philosophy, coaching philosophy and do's and dont's as a coach. The interview lasted about an hour, mostly because me and the interviewer hit it off pretty well. After a while it became clear that I was going to get the job, and the interviewer started talking more specifically about what would happen next. We discussed the parent group around the team, some of the players, and what kind of equipment I would have available.
