Interview process went in a very demented way, though the interviewers were very polite in both the interviews but I guess they were confused with the post that they should hire, or were not sure if they want to hire a candidate now or not, as they took first interview for inside sales post then gave me a assignment on related to same, then asked me to give another interview, which was planed for a sales representative post and was scheduled as per the convenience of both, then on the day of interview it got canceled and I was told that it will get rescheduled, and asked me to propose a date, after I suggested the dat, the company didn't reverted me after 2 working days, and I was told that they cannot scheduled the interview on the dates suggested and hence propose new dates, I suggested that you pls decide as per your availability and I will make adjustments on my calendar accordingly, then they again scheduled interview for new dates and this time it was for marketing, so until now I was sure that the company was either not sure about the post for which to hire for or they were not ready for the recruitment to happen, later after that I was not given the JD for the profile as well, and after the interview was done I was asked to share my resume with the team as they were not having it. I find it to be a very unprofessional behavior, apart from that it became a duty for me to as the HR about the updates on the interview, rescheduling of the dates etc.
