Comprehensive! A long position description, with both my CV and cover letter reviewed and vetted, which led to shortlisting by an executive recruitment agency, where I then completed a digital interview. I then had two interviews with executives from the organisation, including a psychometric assessment and completion of three different ability tests. This was rounded out with reference checking and a police check, and from there I received the formal offer and negotiated and accepted the role.
