The process was very straightforward. It is more inclined towards knkedge of live sound, basic AV knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of crestron, QSYS is always handy.

The interview process was very straightforward and well-organised, and I found the team to be exceptionally kind and professional throughout. I particularly appreciated being personally called to be informed that I wasn’t selected for the position at this time, rather than receiving a standard email rejection. It felt respectful and thoughtful, and it really left a positive impression of the company.

I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism from a company before.
I applied for a role with Kinly twice. The first time, I received an interview invite, only for them to cancel the meeting just one minute before it was scheduled to start.
Despite this experience, I applied for a different role with them. Once again, I received an interview invitation, and although I had my doubts, I accepted. Unfortunately, they repeated the same behavior by cancelling at the last minute.
I genuinely don’t understand why they send interview invitations if they have no intention of following through. It’s incredibly frustrating to have my time wasted, especially when I never pressured them to extend an invite in the first place.
I expected a much higher level of professionalism and respect for candidates’ time.
