You get an interview and they call u on the phone. Then they talk to you for about an hour and after you take a test and once you take it they determine you're a good fit.

Muy fácil casi no te preguntan nada solo sobre lo que puedes aportar a la empresa y más cosas sobre tu futuro y conocimientos previos y experiencia, por ello recomiendo tener muy claro lo que puedes aportar y saber a dónde quieres llegar, sobre todo en el ámbito profesional.
