The interviewer was rude. I spent 30 minutes learning about the job and being asked questions. Just to never hear back again. Not even a rejection email. The interviewer said she was going to email me with the next steps and then just didn’t follow up. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Interview
I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
