Brief conversation on the phone. They didn't check my credentials. Just wanted a white foreigner. Very racist . Should be shut down and locked up they have no experience of teaching

There is 3 step: 1- the interviewer ask background checks, such as qualifications, country of origin and experience. 2- the interviewer asks about you teaching experience and your teaching style. Also questions about what and how will you react to certain scenarios. 3- the interviewer tells you detailed information of the company and the position roles.
