It was a quick interview that probably lasted 15 minutes at the most and they just wanted to see what my past experiences were and what my schedule was like. They don't seem to care if you have any background experience though, like it won't define whether or not you get the job

Interview
I applied to the job and then went back the next day to see if the hiring manager was available. She was, so we did an interview immediately. They asked only a Few questions. I was offered employment and Hired on the spot.
