The interview process was straightforward. It started with a 15-minute phone call. The interviewer was friendly and professional, asking general questions about my background and experience. After the call, I was asked to complete an English assessment test. It was a short, standard English test that was quite clear. Then, there was an assessment test for my native language. This part felt outsourced and not standardized. It was only a speaking test, but it had no clear instructions on how to answer, how long my responses should be, or how technical my answers needed to be. I ended up passing the English test but failing the native language test, which was surprising given my fluency. I hope they revamp their language assessment test to make it clearer and more structured.
