Interview
Final round is a super-day which is super intense. Back to back interviews + slides writing + presentation. You will have a case study and based on that do the slide writing as well as presentation in front of 2 manager level interviewers. But they are quite professional and friendly over the process.

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
