I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kaseya (Miami, FL)
Interview
I would not recommend this company based on my candidate experience. The process was disorganized and unprofessional. After a phone screening, my first in-person interview was rescheduled multiple times. When I finally interviewed, the recruiter was vague about my candidacy and had me interview for a different team. The final interview with a director was particularly negative, as she started by saying she only had 30 minutes, which was the scheduled time. She then proceeded to list reasons why I wouldn't want to work there, including commuting time, toll costs, and the learning curve. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional."
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work here? Tell us what you know about Kaseya? Tell me about a time when you had to face constructive critisim and how did you take it?
They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaseya (Norwalk, CT) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
