Interview and hiring process went on for a month. There were 4 stages of interviews and I was on the last one. After completing the last round m I waited for more than 2 weeks and got no response from the hiring manager. At least have the courtesy to reply back even if the candidate is not selected. Don’t ghost them.

Walk us through your process when you get a new project to work on.
One of the most unprofessional interviews I've ever had. The senior talent acquisition person ghosted me on day of interview. I was sat on the call waiting and he didn't bother to cancel or reschedule. I sent an email after waiting 20 minutes, and he responded 4 DAYS LATER. He said he was available the next morning. This only further proved his basic lack of consideration for my time. During the interview he was interacting/joking around with his coworkers and didn't ask if I had any questions, which has never happened to me before. At the end of the interview he said I'd hear back the next week, which I didn't. Companies seem to forget that candidates are people who deserve to be treated with integrity
Interview process was smooth. The management was helpful during the whole process. Good company, good work culture. Hr onboarding process also was fine. Overall, a very good and pleasant experience.
