Even though this position is mislabeled..
If you are reading this, since you asked for my advice even though we spoke on the phone I wanted to tell you why I did not except this position in public:
First, get an HR... I walked into the room and it was wide open didn't know who was in charge.. seemed like people scream at each other working....
Second, before you post a job do your research on the experience, titles and pay they need to all match up together. This position you had listed was mixed jobs hire a tech person to do the tech packs thats what tech is for, design is not supposed to do a whole tech pack with measurements... only if its last case scenario on last minute, this is not freelance.
-If you are looking for someone to just do tech packs hire a experienced tech person, designers do not do full tech packs thats not our job
- Was honestly shocked that you guys actually told me you had no idea what a tech pack was or even knew how to do it... thats the problem, its your company and you dont even know how to do your own work thats really bad.
- Change your mentality of its them and us it should just be us.
- I did not take this job because you not knowing how to do the job yourself how am I supposed to learn anything I want to learn its a career not a freelance job.
Thank you for talking with me privately it means you care and thats great, but do your research before your post a job and hire your only hurting yourself in the end.
One more thing, if you want more customers to be known about your clothes make sure you hire a social media person to work on your social media, instagram, facebook ect. its the future. All my best.
