Very streamlined process that took about 30 days from start to finish. Contacted by recruiter and found job posting on local crags list. Participated in a panel interview and then had 1 on 1 with director. Was offered the job and negotiated salary.

Question 1
There was a scenario where they asked me if I could design a process on the fly that would speed up the time it took a member to get from the first floor to their destination on the 4th floor without speeding up the elevator. Trying to see if you can think quickly on your feet and what type of critical thinking skills you have.
