I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Stockton, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Panel interview with staff, managers, peer Directors, senior leaders, physician leaders and executive leaders. They were thoughtful in their approach. The detailed interview process demonstrated the importance of the role and their desire to find the right candidate. I especially liked that they included the front line staff who would report to ths position as it positions me in a much better place.
