Interview was a panel of 8 people that included pharmacists and technicians. It was clear that the position would likely be offered to a current kaiser employee. The interview was very typical for a pharmacist. It included a few clinical questions, but they mainly seemed focused on how you would fit in with the team there.

Group Interview (9 Interviewees) Interviewers (4 district managers & head HR) Everyone was nervous being that it was a group interview. Our group started off great. To make myself comfortable I made sure to introduce myself to my fellow interviewee to break all tension because I was (no exaggeration) very nervous. However with forming a conversation with each person we were able to get to know each other prior to the actual interview.
