t was a two-hour, in-person panel interview where six new graduate nurses each took turns answering a variety of clinical, situational, and behavioral questions asked by five experienced nurse leaders.

Interview
I was taken on a tour of the department and then proceeded to a 3-panel person interview in person. Overall the interview felt very personable and comfortable. All questions were scenario based.

When met with multiple tasks, how do you prioritize? Tell us about a time you had a run-in with your coworker and how did you get through that? Name a time you went above and beyond for your patient, and what did you do?
It was very very Great and straight to the point it was not too stressful or scary to go into the room with all the other people or nurses or other nurse or staff that were also interviewing at the same time for the same positions as well
