The organization has a prolonged interviewing process and force candidates to meet with managers across cities. Be prepared to offer counsel on real situations and take notes in preparation for future interviews. Becoming employed at KP will test your patience and you will find areas that are usually connected operate autonomously with little coordination of interviews.

There seems to be a set number of questions and depending on the day the interview can be stressful or a cake walk
