It was a virtual interview conducted through MS Teams. The two interviewers are the Head of Leasing for UK & Ireland Portfolio and the Lead of Property Management. It was a friendly atmosphere. I started by introducing myself. Then I was asked to share a few experiences of managing stakeholders and tackling failure. We also had an exchange about the company's development.
