I applied online. I interviewed at Kaapi Machines (Bengaluru) in Mar 2023
Interview
Interview process was not that good. They took whole day unnecessarily for the interview. I had applied for one role and they were asking about other things related to marketing. They didn't ask any questions related to business analytics.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kaapi Machines (Bengaluru) in Mar 2024
Interview
I had three rounds of interview- Assignment round, HR round and final round with the CEO. I had spend 4 days on the exhaustive assignment they had given me, none of which was discussed in any rounds. Marketing Manager had skipped her round and scheduled the round with the CEO . CEO grilled me for some 45 minutes on technical and other questions. After this, there was no revert from the company and they ghosted me.
After following up on email and asking for a revert, I was finally told on email that I’ve didn’t make it, which was okay. But I keen to know what went wrong and how could I improvise in future, but there absolutely no feedback from the CEO, even after multiple requests made to the HRs.
Wish the companies could give honest feedback after candidate spends considerable time and effort for the assignments.
