First interviewed with the CEO. It was intensive at times to see how I would act under pressure. At other times it was very conversational. I was told exactly what to expect and when I worked there it was exactly as they stated. After his acceptance, I interviewed with the two other partners and was offered a position.

Two round of interviews. First is with the sales manager. Second is with the partners. After the second round they make an offer if they like you. It's a quick process.
