SCAM! Reached out on LinkedIn, then blocked me when I gave them my information. A couple days later, they emailed me to interview over Skype. First day "something happened" and they rescheduled for the next day same time. Then when I finally connected with an HR rep, they said the interview must be conducted over Skype chat only. When I asked for a phone or video interview instead, they "terminated the interview process". Do not fall for this and do not waste your time like I did!

After 4 interviews and a fairly detailed presentation of my first 90 days, they put the role on hold. I was a little surprised since they had communicated a definite date of the decision. Weeks after the decision time, they communicated the role was on hold. The company seems to revolve around the CEO's personality and every person in the interview process even down to the front line employees made sure to tell me how great the CEO was. It felt a little weird

Interview
I had three interviews with HR, then with a colleague and then the COO. All of the interviews went great. Afterwards, I was asked to present a 30-60-90 day plan where I spent a large amount of time thinking through a plan. After submitting the plan, I received feedback few times that they were "interviewing other candidates." After two months of interviews and submissions, they said the role was put on hold. I had to prompt them several times before they got back to me. Bad interview experience.
