First, they have a get to know you interview on the phone. Then they have a zoom interview where they ask you your experience working with kids and parents. Their HR department is very organized, and they were very friendly in the interview

The interview process was very comfortable. Also, everything about the interview was stress-free. The people interviewing were nice and understanding. They did not pressure you to answer right away and always gave you thinking time.
