Interview
The interview process was quick and too the point however, the management structure was lacking or not explained. I was offered a position at the company, accepted the position, and the ultimately the offer was pulled as they decided to hire from within. Extremely unprofessional. I have never been put in a situation where I turned down additional interviews, let my current employer know that I would be unavailable only to have the offer pulled after I had accepted it. Extremely disappointed.
