I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied online and then got a call about a month and a half later saying that they wanted to set up an interview. I had to fill out a second application and then call the manager back when I finished so that we could set up a time to meet. When I finally got to talk to the manager again she wanted to set up an interview but we couldn't find a mutual time that would work so she just interviewed me over the phone and hired me right away. After she told me I was hired she emailed me a bunch of forms to fill out. Overall, it was a very positive experience and the interview felt like I was meeting a new friend and she wanted to get to know me better!
I received a call to set up an interview. The first interview was a group interview of about 6 of us. It didn’t seem the most organized however the store manager and therefore the interviewer was nice enough.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls
Interview
Super simple and easy. Walked in for interview, went to back and spoke to one manager.
Went over everything the job entails, pay, hours, how things work and that was it!

Interview
The interview process was easy. I walked into the store and the manager interviewed me while standing in the back of the store. She asked basic questions about my work history and what my desired work schedule would be.
