Interview
After the initial application, we had to schedule a mock virtual lesson with an interviewer over Zoom. In this mock lesson, after some brief introductions, they asked me to treat them like a student and pretend to teach them through two coding problems.
2 rounds of interviews. The first is behavioral, asking how you would handle children and the second is a demonstration of how you would teach a child. The lesson topic and platform is given so you can familiarize yourself with the content beforehand and practice.

Question 1
How would you handle a child who isn't willing to answer the question/continue the lesson?
One zoom interview where I had to explain how I would explain to a student what is a for loop. Some standard behavioral questions too. Not a lot of emphasis on coding.
Complete two mock lessons where the interviewer pretends to be the student and the applicant pretends to be the instructor. Depending on the what the role is the mock lessons differ.
