Was a really company with a nice interview process. Went through 6 interviews. Tests and finally met the team onsite and the CEO for a final interview. The process evaluate the personality and the competence of the candidate

Interview
There were many Interview rounds. Around eight, from the initial to the last one. However they were making you to feel comportable and the decision after every round was made very fast, usually in less than a day.

Initial Screening Call with CTO, then with some other developer, after that follow interviews with people from other departments of the company about culture on a single day. The decision was shared couple days later.
